The Bonn police can be contacted at any time for citizens' inquiries. The Citizens' Dialogue Department takes care of your concerns. It doesn't matter whether it's praise, thanks, suggestions, complaints or criticism.

Article 17 of the Basic Law states that everyone has the right to address requests or complaints in writing, individually or collectively, to the competent authorities and to the people's representatives (right of petition). The complaints management of the police is derived from the right of petition.

The Bonn Police Department offers every citizen the opportunity to submit complaints, petitions, praise and thanks as part of our Citizens' Dialogue department.
